What to do next to get the help you need -

Download And Run our Instant Support tool

If you haven't already done so click here to download our Instant Support software to your computer.  Once you have downloaded it 'Run' it and wait for a minute or two while the software initialises.  

You will probably see a message asking if you wish to allow this program to make changes to your computer, please select 'Yes' or 'Allow' to accept this.

If you need any help running our Instant Support software  just phone us on 01283 246444 and we'll be happy to talk you through it.

Enter Your Name and Number

Please enter your name and number so that we can identify who you are on our system.

Call Us on 01283 246444

We should now be able to see you on our system and be  in a position to connect across to your computer.

If we can see your details we will call you, however to make sure that we pick up your request we would always recommend that you call us first to avoid any delays.

Once we have spoken to you we will connect across to your computer.

We Connect, you relax, we sort it.

Now that we are connected to your computer we will be able to access it as if we were sat next to you.  We can then diagnose the problem and fix it.

Once complete we will disconnect the Instant Support session and you are back on your own ready to get on problem free.

FAQ's

Yes our 'Instant Support' software uses military grade encryption (4096-bit RSA and 256-bit AES secures all data for every session, and all data collected during monitoring.) to ensure that any remote support session is completely private and cannot be intercepted or view by any third parties. 


Furthermore our software will only connect with us, so you can be further assured that you are dealing with who you think you  are and not somebody pretending to be us.

No, the version of our 'Instant Support' software that you download will only run when you choose to run it.  It does not run in the background and when closed it stays closed until you run it again.  
No, once the session is closed we cannot re-connect unless you run the 'Instant Support' software again.  This means that we cannot see or access your computer again and you have total privacy.

Should you wish to end the 'Instant Support' session yourself you can do so at any time.  There is a button displayed on the software labelled 'End Session', just click this button and the session is instantly terminated.
